The police station wants your landlord’s paperwork.
If you rent privately, you register your address at the local police station, usually with documents from the landlord. We arrange it with your landlord and go with you.

Can you find an apartment before I arrive?
Yes. We shortlist options that match your budget and area, attend viewings for you and send video walkthroughs. You decide, and we handle the rest.
Do I need to register my address?
Foreigners staying in private rentals register their address with the local police station. Hotels do it for you. We arrange the visit with your landlord and come along.
Which areas suit hardware founders?
Many founders base themselves in Nanshan or Bao’an, close to offices, makerspaces and factories, or near Huaqiangbei for quick parts runs. We suggest options around your work.
Can you set up a small lab?
We can buy and install the basics you specify, such as benches, soldering stations, power and monitors, and find a space that allows that kind of work.
