Why not use the factory’s interpreter?
They’re often helpful, but they work for the factory. An independent interpreter is there for you and tells you what was really said.
Can you arrange visits outside Shenzhen?
Yes. Dongguan, Huizhou and other nearby cities are common. We plan timing and transport so the day stays realistic.
Do you help choose or vet suppliers?
No. Supplier selection and quality inspection belong with specialists. We can point you to qualified firms and take no referral fee.
Can you collect samples during the visit?
Yes. We take them with us on the day, or pick them up later and ship them to you.
