Remote support · Samples and shipping

Samples collected in Shenzhen, packed and on their way.

Your supplier says the samples are ready, and you’re on the other side of the world. We go and get them, check they match what you ordered, pack them properly and get them moving with the right courier. You get photos at each step and a tracking number at the end.

  • Photos at pickup
  • Courier rules checked first
  • Tracking sent to you

Sound familiar?

When the parts are here and you’re not.

Several suppliers

Five parcels from five places.

We collect or receive them, check them in and send one consolidated shipment instead of five separate ones.

Batteries inside

Will the courier even take it?

Prototypes with lithium batteries often need extra paperwork or a specialist forwarder. We check with carriers before booking, not after a refusal.

Did they send the right thing?

The label says rev B. You ordered rev C.

We photograph what was handed over and compare it with your list, so obvious mix-ups are caught in Shenzhen, not at your desk.

What we take care of

From the supplier’s door to yours.

  • Receiving at an agreed address.

How it works

Message us. We sort it. You get proof.

The same four steps every time, whether it’s one errand or a month of setup.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

A few lines are enough. After the first reply we talk on WeChat, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.

  2. 02

    Agree the plan

Scope, our fee, any outside costs and what “done” looks like, before anything starts.

  3. 03

    We handle it locally

Your operator coordinates the people involved and checks with you before any decision or spend.

  4. 04

    Proof it’s done

A photo, receipt or short note when it’s closed, with anything still open clearly flagged.

You’re not on your own

One named contact. A local team behind her.

Monica Ding leads operations. You explain the situation once, in plain words, and she takes it from there.

The team knows the city, speaks the language and follows things through, so you don’t have to chase anyone. Before anything happens you know the plan and the cost, and when it’s done you get proof.

  • Scope, fees and outside costs agreed before work starts
  • Nothing bought or signed without your approval
  • No commissions or referral fees from anyone we recommend
  • A named owner and a completion record for every task

Questions

Good to know.

Can you ship prototypes with lithium batteries?

Often, yes, but the rules depend on the courier, the battery and the destination. We check with carriers first and use a specialist forwarder when needed.

Can you receive parcels for me?

Yes. We can arrange where parcels are received and hold them until you’re ready to ship. A local address or storage is set up only when we’ve explicitly agreed it.

Will you inspect quality?

We do a visual check against your list and send photos. Formal quality inspection belongs with a QC firm, and we can point you to one with no referral fee.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on size, weight, contents and destination. We get quotes, show you the options and only book once you approve.

Let’s take something off your list

What do you need done?

A few lines are enough to start. Tell us what you’re working around and when, and we’ll come back with a plan.
